What kind of custom graphic design do you provide?
Logos, brochures, pamphlets, business cards, billboards, product packaging, trademarks, web site layouts, and anything else you can think of that requires graphic work.
What format do you provide these graphic works?
We can almost provide in any format you like. The most common request is that we provide it High Resolution format of 300-600 dpi in .psd, .png, .tiff or .ai as well as .jpg, .jpeg. We can also provide it in .gif for web.
How long does it take to create and design custom graphic?
We charge by the hour. Initially, we would obtain some input from you as the client and then try to come up with a proposed graphic layout based on your specifications. From thereon, we will either go back and forth until you are happy with the final graphic. Thereafter, we provide you the finished and approved graphic in high resolution format for your use and reference. Your cost will depend on how long this takes.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
We will strive hard to provide you a virtual reflection and representation of your concept in graphic format. We will continue striving until we get it right but also keep in mind that it is your time and money so it will be in your best interest to focus on exactly what you're looking for and convey that to our graphic designers as best you can.
Do I own the finished graphic product?
Yes, of course. You own everything that we finish on your behalf. We will not claim any form of ownership to any of the product that we finished on your behalf.
How do I get the finished graphic?
Either via email, flash drives, CD and/or via FTP. You can visit our office in person and obtain the large file graphics and store it in your flash drive, CD or DVD. Whichever is most convenient for you.
Can I provide you a hand drawn picture of the graphic that I want created in digital format?
Yes, of course. We will recreate your hand drawn picture into digital format then convert and export it in a digital media format that you can use for any purpose and for any use.
