- What products can I sell online?

Sell what you're selling now and put it online. If you already have a business, you will need a website that can accept payments. Even if its just to pay their bills online, it's well worth it. You don't have to wait for your money.
The best products to sell online are products that you can make yourself. If you can make a product that no one else can, then you have a recipe for success online. Even if its the similar product, your product is unique because it is made by you. Your online business will be unique to local neighborhoods so we can serve and target the local residents in the area. Your target market does not have to be the whole world, just your local neighborhoods.
I would not recommend selling a product that is manufactured and mass-produced by someone else because you will only end up being one of many hundreds (or thousands) of sellers online doing and selling the same thing. You will waste a lot of time and money and you won't reap any short or long-term benefits.
- Who will install my products and any additional products in the future on my website?
- Installation of ALL your products on the website is included in the website ecommerce package. Should additional products be required in the future, those products will be installed based on the number of hours required to install the products. Our hourly rate is $85 per hour (USA Rate) billable in 15 minute increments ($21.25 per 15 minutes). In the Philippines, our rate is the same unless otherwise noted on Philippine website. For example, if it took us 30 minutes to do the updates, you will be billed $42.50.
- What's my first step, how do I buy your ecommerce website package?
- Simply select the ecommerce package depending on how many products you sell - click on the ADD TO CART button and click on CHECKOUT. Enter your payment information and press SUBMIT. That's it! We will then contact you via email, talk to you over the phone, and sometimes, meet with you in person so we can get started on your website project. We will need your business information, location, product information, office and product pictures, staff pictures, conduct a little interview for content and start building the draft website for your review.
- What's do I need to do to prepare?
- To prepare is to gather all of your business materials, promotional materials, previous advertising, product information, official product photos, etc. so we can add them to the website. The more content we have, the better our ranking will be. We will conduct a one-on-one interview with you about your business and collect all of the materials to add to the website, including all of your product information, photos, etc. We will finish a complete website, conduct some tests, you will review it for your approval, then if all goes well, we launch and start marketing your website. We can expect results in a matter of days or hours.
- Do I need to register a domain name?
- We will register your domain name (.com, .net, .org) for you and manage it throughout the life of the business. Your domain name will be yours to keep and use any way as you please. Naturally, you can register additional domain names of your choosing at any time and at your leisure from any reputable domain name registrar. Just watch your spending.
- Do I own my website?
- Yes, of course. Your website is yours to keep, manage and market worldwide. Your website will be unique to your business. It will be the only one of its kind worldwide. We can give you a copy of the website but as you know, website and product updates happen all the time so your copy won't be the same after a little while. Regardless, you own your website and you can do with it as you please.
- How do I get my money?

When people pay for your products online, through your website, the money will be collected from the customer and deposited directly into your business checking account as early as the next day. The entire online transactions are done securely, automatically and in a matter of seconds.
What happens in the background is that you will receive an online order and receipt via email. The customer will receive the same via email. So make sure to keep your email program open at all times so you can see online orders as they come in. When an online order comes in, it means the digital money has been pulled from the buyer's account and held in the system (payment gateway) until the batch closes for that day. The money is then deposited directly into your business or personal checking account. All of these steps happen logically, securely and automatically within 24-hours.
- Can I promote my website myself?

Yes, of course. The best way to promote your new website is to display your domain name on all of your marketing materials like business cards, flyers, signs, advertising, etc.. You will also want to get us involved in your marketing plans so we can make sure that your website is set-up for the upcoming changes.
Be warned. Please be careful when partnering with a marketing company. There are many marketing companies out there that do not follow Internet rules and guidelines so if they get too aggressive in their marketing endeavor, it could get your online business into trouble. It is not the marketing company's website that will get into trouble, it will be your website. Select the right marketing company when hiring to make sure your online business stays in business
- Do I need a software license to build, manage and maintain my website?
- All software licenses are taken care of and managed by WebsiteCenter.com.ph on your behalf. There is no need to do anything on your part. If and when any software license is required on your part, we will advise you, if and when it is required, ahead of time.
